These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of OmLead, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform owned and operated by Vital Outsol Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing, registering for, or using OmLead, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

1. Definitions

  • “Service” refers to the OmLead platform, including but not limited to lead intelligence, email verification, analytics, dashboards, integrations, and related features.

  • “User”, “you”, or “your” refers to any individual or legal entity accessing or using the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable Indian laws to use OmLead. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use OmLead solely for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that all data uploaded, processed, or transmitted through the Service complies with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to data protection, privacy, anti-spam, and electronic communication laws.

You must not misuse the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair OmLead or interfere with other users’ access.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use OmLead for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities, including but not limited to:

  • Sending spam or unsolicited communications

  • Uploading or using illegally obtained, scraped, or unauthorized data

  • Engaging in fraud, deception, or misrepresentation

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data

  • Abusing, disrupting, or reverse-engineering the Service

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to OmLead, including software, content, trademarks, logos, and documentation, are the exclusive property of Vital Outsol Private Limited.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service solely in accordance with these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

OmLead is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

In no event shall Vital Outsol Private Limited be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

8. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to OmLead, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that may harm the Service, our business, or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
